A very fine pair of early 20th Century well figured burr walnut open bookshelves of slim proportions and gorgeous quality. This exceptional pair are beautifully carved with rich patination and fabulous grain. The moulded stepped cavetto pediment is raised over an elegantly simple frieze raised above an open bookcase with an arrangement of six shelves, supported on moulded platform plinth base.
