A Silver, Mother of Pearl and Marcasite Art Deco Bracelet, C 1920

This exceptional 1920 – 1930s bracelet is in mint condition and retains its original box from Cavendish House, Fine jewellers and silversmiths of Cheltenham.

This most impressive and intricate bracelet is made from silver, marked 925, which is extensively mounted with marcasite with mother of pearl beads.

At the centre, the bracelet has a large decorative panel in silver and marcasite, with to each side there is a single row of mother of pearl beads.

The remainder of the bracelet is made up in sections with several silver and marcasite shaped bars separated with five short strings of matching mother of pearl beads.

The bracelet is fastened with a firm silver clasp that attaches to a short chain at the opposite end, allowing for size adjustment.

This rare piece of 1920s – 1930s jewellery is both stunningly wearable and highly collectable with its fabulous condition.
