greens blues and oranges and has constant blue tone over the stone. Surrounding the magnificent opal is a wonderful design of 20 very bright old cut diamonds haloing the opal of 2mm each. Total weight 0.40ct. All stones are set into a large platinum flower head measuring 14mm x 12mm. This is really fine quality impressive antique ring. The 18ct shank is stamped for 18ct and probably dates to the mid 20th century 1920s /1930s. The ring really is top quality and also is in excellent condition for its age. Ring Size UK N 1/2 U.S 6 3/4 the total weight is 2.9g.
