Exceptional Art Deco brass and glass octagonal ceiling light or lantern, possibly from a period liner or pullman carriage. Hinged construction for easy access, with ''butterfly'' locking nut. Approx. height 20.5cms. Approx. width 28.5cms. Apparently unsigned, but stamped XR6(?). In good antique condition, with just one glazing panel replaced.
 
Should be inspected and fitted by a qualified electrician.
