A charming piece of Edwardian silverware. This is a silver mounted post card or letter holder, in the Art Nouveau taste. The silver is pierced and features scrolling and floral motifs and is delightfully embossed to the centre with the words ''Post Cards''. The body is of a dark stained wood, standing on a raised and weighted base for stability. A lovely item, from a bygone era that can be used for its intended purpose, or to hold letters, note paper, tissues or napkins. Dimensions below.
