CONDITION REPORT:
In good antique condition throughout with heavy signs of age. There is surface wear including age-related marks, knocks, scratches and areas of historic damage consistent with use. There is a burn mark to the right-hand side of the top. There are also losses to sections of the drawer fronts (as pictured). There are minor historic repairs and general wear throughout. Despite this, the chest remains structurally solid and sound, with the drawers running as intended. Overall, a good, honest early example with plenty of character.
