Antique Oak Straight Front Chest of Drawers

Description

An antique oak straight front chest of drawers, dating from the 19th century. The chest has a rectangular moulded top above an arrangement of two short drawers over three long graduating drawers, each fitted with brass swan neck drop handles and key escutcheons. The piece stands on bracket feet, giving it a classic and timeless appearance. A pleasing warm oak colour with good character and patina throughout.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches. There is also some damage to the lower left bracket foot, as shown in the photographs.
