A well-proportioned walnut open bookcase of restrained classical form, the rectangular top with a moulded edge above an open interior fitted with adjustable shelves. The shelves are supported on traditional notched side rails, allowing flexible arrangement for books and objects of varying heights.

The interior is finished with panelled backboards, adding both structural strength and visual depth, while the solid sides and plinth base give the piece a stable and balanced appearance. The walnut displays an attractive, warm tone with visible grain throughout, lending character and richness to the overall presentation.
