Circa 1860, large cobalt Wedgwood sprigware brooch.

Rare image of “Hope and Anchor”

The brooch is approx 4x2 cm

Clearly marked on reverse “Wedgwood”.

Prior to 1860 no date initials were used .

The cameo is mounted in yellow coloured metal, with a simple bar clasp.
