Superb Art Deco platinum old cut diamond ring. This pretty ring shaped into a flower head or a ''target ring'' setting and is set with 11 wonderful sparkly old cut diamonds. The central diamond is a wonderful 0.25ct old cut diamond. The outer diamonds each have a diamond weight of five points each. The total diamond weight is 0.75ct. The diamonds are good quality, bright, with wonderful sparkle and life to them. The head of the ring measures 12mm x 12mm and the diamond are set into platinum. There are hallmarks for PLAT but no date letter, but the ring certainly dates to the late Edwardian era and possibly the early art deco era. The ring is in excellent condition for its age, the shank is in strong and in very good condition, there is a chip on one of the diamonds which cannot be seen by the naked eye.
