Description

A good quality tall and narrow walnut Victorian secretaire bookcase. Below the detachable carved dentil cornice are astragal glazed doors enclosing three adjustable shelves. The bookcase has a key. Panelled doors to the base enclose a shelf with plenty of storage space inside and the bookcase is on a plinth base. The secretaire drawer folds down to form a writing slope and inside are six small drawers and a blue leather lined writing surface. The bookcase comes apart in the middle for transportation. It is in good condition, and is a good light colour.
