Description

A fabulous Art Deco silver plated Champagne bucket designed by the celebrated Luc Lanel for Christofle designed in1932. A stylish ribbed vessel with with ribbed lug handles;

The pattern , called “Ondulations” was originally designed for the First Class Dining Room and Bar of the ocean liner, the S.S. Normandie . This grand ship was the ultimate in art deco interiors .

Excellent condition, just returned from our silversmith's workshop, where it has been professionally cleaned and polished, restoring it to it's former glory; measuring 9 1/2" from handle to handle x 7 1/4" x 8 1/4" tall.
