Stunning Chester 652g Plannished Sterling Silver Fruit Bowl 1909 Arts & Crafts

Description

A very impressive stunning large heavy hand made English Edwardian Arts & Crafts solid sterling silver fruit bowl. It is hallmarked for Chester 1909 with the maker being Barker Brothers (Herbert Edward Barker & Frank Ernest Barker). It has been beautifully made being hand planished and sits on three lion paw feet. It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs, no engravings. It measures approx. 8.5 inches (22.2cm) across the rim by 3.5 inches (8.8cm) tall and weighs 652 grams. A top quality well made piece.
