A rare English Art Deco solid sterling silver mechanical bookmark. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1932 with the maker being Asprey & Co Ltd. It has been superbly designed and is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs, it comes with a box, not the original. It measures over 2.75 inches (7cm) long and by 0.75 inch (1.9cm) tall and weighs 8 grams (excluding the box). A superb example.
