Description

A very nice early Victorian silver gilt snuff box by maker FRANCIS CLARK Birmingham 1839.

Rectangular form, with ribbed design to all sides, with gilt interior, measuring 6 cm x 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm and weighing 52 grams.

Rectangular shaped vacant cartouche.

Condition: Very good. General surface wear, a few small dings and scratches, marks, hinge working well, gilding bright, hallmarks clear, usual signs of wear commensurate of age and use.
