French 19th Century Gilt Bronze 6 Branch Chandelier 60cm tall electric or candle.

An elegant gilt bronze, French antique chandelier circa 1890-1900, suitable to be wired or for candles, measuring 60cm tall.

The Louis X1V style chandelier was formerly wired and easily can be again, see photos for holes to feed the cables etc.., whilst also considerably attractive with candles.

The ornate gilt bronze or ormolu surface has a charming time worn, slightly subdued gilded appearance to authenticate and add character whilst ornately decorated.

The 6 branch chandelier has its original supporting hook to allow it to be hung from a chain or ceiling rose, measuring 50cm diameter.
