Fabulous Silver & Glass Glug Glug Decanter by Hukin & Heath, Birmingham 1924

Description

This superb silver and glass glug-glug decanter was made in Birmingham1902 by the sought-after designers Hukin & Heath. It is a full size decanter, measuring 12 inches high. The glass body with pinched and fluted central waist. The silver mounted neck fully hallmarked.

Original hollow glass stopper sliced-cut with a star.

H&H for Hukin & Heath

Birmingham Assay

Lion Passant

Date letter "z" for 1924.

Dimensions:

Height: 30cm / 12 inches.

Base: 12cm x 12cm - 4.5 inches x 4.5 inches.

Condition:

Excellent.

Glass in very good condition.

No damage to inner neck or stopper.

Silver neck in excellent condition.
