Art Deco 18ct Gold Platinum Diamond Solitaire Engagement Ring

Pretty Art Deco Platinum Diamond Solitaire Engagement Ring 0.50ct total. This superb quality single stone ring has a very bright white old transitional cut diamond of 5.2mm x 5.2mm diamond of 0.50ct which is a really good white diamond estimated colour H-I, estimated clarity approx. SI2 - I1. There are six further small bright diamonds of 1 point each to the shoulders. The diamond sparkles so beautifully and is set into 18ct gold band. This ring is stamped for 18ct gold and the stones are set into platinum and dates to the art deco period 1930s /1940s. This ring would make a wonderful engagement ring with plenty of wow factor and a timeless feel of antique cuts. The stones are all set in a strong and protective platinum setting. The ring is in excellent condition for its age, the shank has been repolished. There are some inclusions and a few feather inclusions when seen through magnification but the stone is giving a good amount of light and sparkle. Size UK P.5 and U.S Size 7 3/4 the total weight is 2.4g.
