A beautifully figured and original George II small mahogany bureau, Circa 1750. The fall is supported on pull out lopers and reveals a well fitted interior consisting of 4 narrow and 2 wide drawers below 6 pigeon holes. To the centre is a fielded, solid mahogany door flanked by 2 tall drawers with applied square and fluted columns. The bureau has 4 graduated and moulded edge drawers all retaining the original brass handles, escutcheons and working locks with keys.
