A Fine Pair of Edwardian Silver Candlesticks

A fine pair of silver candlesticks dating from the elegant Edwardian era and made by the great name of Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co. These stylish examples are of three quarter height and are of classic design. The bases are shaped ovals with reeding, which is repeated to the shoulders. The body is of tapering form and the shaped sconces are hallmarked and removable. The apertures are of standard diameter making these lovely examples, as practical as they are decorative. Condition :-Excellent overall, with no serious dents, splits or repairs. There are a couple of very minor 'digs' to the bases, commensurate with age and use.
