Gatsby Jewellery Ltd has dated this Art Deco Diamond Ring to the 1930s.
The stone is secured in an eight claw platinum collet with an open gallery, and sits above a smooth back-plate. On a slender platinum shank set with six (three each side) small eight-cut diamonds.

Accompanied by an independent jewellery report by IGR.
Cut: Old European cut, with eight-cuts in the shoulders.
Colour: I in the centre. J to L in the shoulders.
Clarity: The centre is SI2 (but clean to the naked eye). The smaller diamonds ares SI1 to I1 (again, all are eye-clean).

Carat: The centre is approximately 1.20 carat, with a further approximate 0.02 carat in the shoulders.
Circa: 1930.
Size: O (UK) or 7 (US). Free sizing available.
Measurements: The diamond is approximately 6.7mm in diameter.

Weight: 3.41 grams.
Metal: Platinum. Faint French hallmarks, and tested with a Niton DXL Precious Metal Analyzer to confirm.
