Unusual Shape Sterling Silver Ribbed Glass Matchstriker 1904 Heavy 318g

Description

A good sized antique solid sterling silver rimmed glass match striker. It is hallmarked for London 1904 with the makers mark being rubbed. It has been superbly made being a more unusual shape and is in superb condition being free from dings splits chips cracks and repairs, there are numerous small marks to the silver. It measures 3 inches (7.5cm) wide by 2.5inches tall and weighs 318 grams. A very well made example.

Declaration

The Silver Squirrel has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.
