Beautiful Georgian Solid Sterling Silver Box Regency Period C1820

Description

A beautiful Georgian solid sterling silver box. It is unmarked but tests as sterling silver. I would date it by its design to the Regency Period c1810-1820. It has been superbly made being decorated with flowers and gilded inside. It is in super condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs, just a tiny seem area doesn't quite join see final photo. It measures approx. 2.25 inches (5.7cm) across by 1.5cms tall and weighs 20 grams. A very pretty piece.
