Rare English Sterling Silver Ceramic Golf Ball Matchstriker 1892 Sports Antique

Description

A beautiful rare English Victorian antique solid sterling silver rimmed ceramic match striker. It is hallmarked for Chester 1892 with the maker being Cornelius Desormeaux Saunders & James Francis Hollings (Frank) Shepherd. It has been superbly made is in good condition being free from chips cracks splits distortions and repairs, small dings to the silver rim. It measures approx. 1.75 inches (4.4cm) tall by the same wide and weighs 86 grams. A very well made rare.
