Stunning Art Deco Silver Sugar Bowl and Cream Jug

1920 - 1940
Description

Substantial sugar bowl and cream jug by excellent silversmith Henry Clifford Davis. Both bowl and jug have a beaded decoration to the base and upper rim. They both have decorative handles typical of the deco period.

Both pieces have dings to the rims and bases. Both have no damage to bowls or handles and will stand perfectly in a cabinet on display.

ASSAYED : Birmingham 1930

MAKER : Henry Clifford Davis

HALLMARKS : Good/clear

WEIGHT : 311g

LENGTH : Cream 145mm Sugar 150mm

HEIGHT : Cream 80mm Sugar 90mm
