A French 18 karat (18K) yellow gold charm pendant designed as an oval medal with a relief of The Blessed Virgin Mary as a Madonna with the infant Christ holding a set of devotional scapulars,, representing ''St Scapulaire''. To the reverse a relief of Jesus Christ with the Sacred Heart. Signed to both sides Lasserre. Stamped with the eagle''s head for 18 karat gold and French manufacture and an unknown maker''s mark.
