Rare Victorian Sterling Silver Travelling Shaving Set 1899 Antique Cased

Description

A rare English Victorian antique solid sterling silver travelling shaving set. They are hallmarked for Birmingham 1899 with the maker being Hilliard & Thomason. They have been superbly designed and have been engraved with entwined initials. They are in superb condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs. The brush measure approx. 3.5 inches (8.8cm) long with the brush inside by over 1.25 inches (3.6cm) across and 6 inches (15.2cm) long with the brush attached and the soap box 3.25 inches (7.8cm) long by 1.25 inches (3.2cm) across and combined they weigh 102 grams excluding the case.
