A very good quality and clean, English solid oak writing / work bureau by Heals in the twenties. The Heals writing bureau has a fall down front, the lopers slide out to support the writing fall, inside is fitted out with pigeon hole compartments and the drawers and lopers have the original wooden knob handles. The drawers fronts are well panelled and run smoothly. In the original finish and in superb condition, comes with lock and key. A great example.
