A superb rare English solid sterling silver bookmark or page maker. It is hallmarked for Chester 1912 with the makers mark being that of Charles Horner (rubbed but just readable). It has been beautifully designed having a early green celluloid handle. It is in superb condition being free from digs splits chips and repairs, minute crack near the pin but its strong and stable with no wobbling. It measures approx. 3 inches (7.5cms) long by 0.75 inch (1.9cms) wide and weighs 2 grams. A beautifully designed rare example.
