Description

A solid Silver swing handled basket of oval form with an attractively pierced border the whole being raised on a oval pedestal base. This basket is by the well regarded Silversmiths, The Atkin Brothers of Sheffield and is presented in excellent condition.

ASSAYED : Sheffield 1899

MAKER : Atkin Brothers

HALLMARKS : Good/clear

WEIGHT : 20.15 Ounces (570 Grams)

LENGTH : 11 7/8 Inches (30.00 Centimeters)

WIDTH : 9 1/8 Inches (23.35 Centimeters)

HEIGHT : 8 3/4 Inches (23.00 Centimeters) inc handle extended
