Superb 150g Indian Solid Silver Document Holder Box Tube Tc1900 Desk Antique

Description

A rare superb hand made Anglo Indian antique solid sterling silver document or scroll holder box. It is unmarked but tests as high grade silver. I would date it to c1900. It has been superbly designed being engraved and chased with wild animals. It is in super condition being free from dings holes splits and repairs. It measures approx. 9.5 inches (14.2cm) tall by over 1.5 inches (4cm) across externally and weighs 150 grams. A very good quality piece.
