A stunning pair of Edwardian opal ball drop earrings set in high carat yellow gold. Not hallmarked but tested as high carat, tests higher than 9ct.
 
Each opal measures approx 1.5mm, these are well matched in colour and in lovely condition. There is one opal that is cracked but stable. These opals go all the way round and are superb in colour- bright, no dulling, every colour of the rainbow present
 
The total drop measures 45mm x 10mm wide.
 
In good condition with minimal wear commensurate of age.
 
A stunning original piece.
