Beautiful pearl necklace with 9 carat gold garnet clasp

Individually knotted the cultured pearls are a creamy ivory with excellent lustre

The necklace has an attractive clasp set to the centre with a fabulous cabochon garnet surrounded by attractive scrolled gold

This classic double strand pearl necklace looks wonderful when worn

The necklace is 17" (43cm ) long

The cultured pearls are approx.3mm - 6mm

Clasp 9.5mm x 8.mm

Central garnet 5mm

Clasp marked 9ct gold

Push Box clasp

Necklace weighs 15 grams

It dates to the 1950s
