Superb Edwardian 18ct Gold Diamond Ring. This pretty ring shaped into a flower head is set with 9 wonderful sparkly old cut diamonds each equal in size - 0.15ct in size 3.4mm. and are estimated total diamond weight of 1.35ct. The head of the ring measures 12mm x 12mm and the diamond are set into platinum. The diamonds have a shimmering quality giving this ring an impressive overall look. There are hallmarks for 18ct PLAT but the date letter is too worn to read but the ring certainly dates to the Edwardian era and possibly the early art deco era. The ring is in excellent condition for its age, the shank is in strong and in very good condition, there are no chips, nibbles or cracks to the stones.
