A beautifully designed and extremely well made Art Deco figured walnut stool. This was made in England, it dates from the 1930’s.

It is typically Art Deco in style, the figured walnut frame is beautifully designed. The walnut grain patterns and colour tones are absolutely gorgeous, it is beautifully finished on all sides with wonderful banded edges. The drop in seat can lift up and be removed to reveal some hidden storage space.

We have had the frame stripped and re-polished, the seat has been re-upholstered in a cream cotton fabric. The condition is superb throughout.
