A large antique George VI sterling silver salver/drinks tray which has a plain round body with shaped edges, simple bead decoration around the border and resting on four ball and claw feet. This lovely silver salver would comfortably hold a four-piece tea set or decanters and glasses. It remains in excellent condition.

Height: 3.7 cms (1.5")

Diameter: 39.4 cms (15.5")

Weight: 56.5 troy ounces (1,758 grams)

It was hallmarked in Birmingham for 1939 by Barker Brothers Ltd.
