Heavy 322g Rare Large English Sterling Silver Guernsey Milk Can Jug 1969 Stylish

1940 - 1960
Description

A beautiful rare large English solid sterling silver lidded jug. It is hallmarked for Sheffield 1969 with the maker being Cooper Brothers & Sons Ltd. It has been superbly designed in the form of a traditional milk can. It is in super condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs, a single tiny mark to the lower front see final photo. It measures approx. 6 inches (15.2cm) tall by 4.25 inches (10.8cm) wide across the body excluding the handle and it weighs 322 grams. A superb piece.
