Description

This lovely brooch is beautifully decorated with a delightful reindeer and sleigh scene with silver gilt border and ornate corners. There is a good fastening pin on the back.

The back is stamped '925S' for sterling silver with the makers initials a backwards 'K' which has variously been attributed to either Svein Kirkhus or Edvin Kristiansen, both Norwegian silversmiths active in the mid -late twentieth century.

An attractive and collectable item by a Scandinavian designer and a perfect gift for Christmas!

Condition: In lovely pre-owned condition.
