A French 18 karat (18K) rose gold charm pendant designed as an oval medal depicting the Virgin Mary to one side, engraved to the reverse ''Francois'' and the date 5 Juin 1897. Stamped with the eagle''s head mark for 18 karat gold and French manufacture and a partial unidentified maker''s mark.
