Danish silver gilt and white enamel pendant. 1950s. By silversmith Bernard Hertz, Copenhagen 1893 - 2007.
 
The Daisy is the Danish national flower, and when the now retired Queen Margrethe was born and christened in 1940, her mother Queen Ingrid was presented with a special version of the Daisy to commemorate the event.
 
The pendant measures 2.5cm diameter. The chain is 50cm long. Total weight 6.4g. Perfect condition.
