These beautiful antique earrings are solid silver, each set with a gorgeous cushion-shaped emerald paste and a quartet of sparkly white pastes set into a decorative mount a little like a Christmas tree. As is often the case with Austro-Hungarian pieces, the back has pretty detail too.

• Fixing: Silver ear wires, possibly later. Supplied with tiny silicone ''keepers'' to pop on the ends for security.
