Beautiful Art Deco 18ct Gold Sapphire and Diamond Daisy Ring. Superb quality Ring consisting of a 5 x 4 mm oval natural royal blue coloured sapphire. The sapphire is surrounded by 9 sparkly quality old cut white diamond of 7 -10 points each (approx 2.8mm x 3mm). Total diamond weight 0.65ct min, all stones set into a milligrain setting in a pretty flower design. The face is beautifully designed with a halo of diamonds surrounding the sapphire. The total face of the ring is 11mm x 11mm. Well made quality ring in very good condition, the white sparkle of the diamonds and the colour of the sapphire have wonderful life and a timeless romantic feel. Would make a wonderful classic engagement ring . Shank is not hallmarked for 18ct gold but has been tested throughout and probably dates to the Edwardian era or art deco. two diamonds have a chips but this is not noticeable to the naked eye.
