David Andersen Silver and Enamel Yellow Leaf Brooch C.1960's

A super stylish silver and guilloche enamel brooch by highly collected Norwegian designer David Andersen. This fabulous brooch comprises of a single leaf, detailed and enamelled in a vibrant warm orangey yellow with an iridescent sheen. The brooch has a light gilt finish to the silver edges, the leaf stem and the back of the brooch. There is a good fastening pin that works well with a 'C' clasp.

The brooch is clearly marked to the reverse with makers mark D-A for David Andersen, 925S Norway.

 

Period: c.1960's

A superb brooch in wonderful condition, no wear to the enamel and great for a collector of vintage Scandinavian jewellery.
