Superb Victorian 18ct Gold Diamond Five Stone Ring. This striking ring has a row of sparkly bright old cut diamonds the largest of which measures 4.5mm x 4.5mm 0.30ct, two diamonds are 4.1mm x 4.1mm 0.50ct and 2 diamonds are 3mm x 3mm 0.20ct. Total diamond weight is 1ct minimum and total face of the ring is 5mm x 18mm. The diamonds have excellent life and sparkle and are strongly set into 18ct gold. There are hallmarks for 18ct gold with beautiful old carving to the sides and shoulders of the ring. This ring has a good strong band with little wear and overall the ring is in excellent condition for its age and very wearable. The ring certainly dates to the Victorian era.
