Edwardian 9ct Gold Amethyst Pearl Lavalier Pendant

Description

A pretty Edwardian pendant mounted with excellent colour purple amethysts and tiny gleaming seed pearls. The frame is nine-carat gold, with traditional silver settings to complement the pearls.

Marked 9CT.

Two of the tiny amethyst claws are missing but otherwise the piece is in excellent antique condition. The pendant also has a brooch fitting which appears to be a later addition.

Size: Approximately 4 x 3cm.
