A very elegant Sheraton revival cylinder desk, dating from the early 20th century c.1910.
The cylinder front with box-wood stringing inlay opens up to reveal a fitted interior, incorporating pigeon holes and one central mahogany drawer. With pull-out mahogany slide having an inset blue leather writing surface. Working lock with the original key.
Lovely gilt-brass handles. Standing on square tapering supports with brass castors.
Solid sturdy and strong.
In excellent antique condition, minor general signs of age and use.
