Antique Victorian Sterling Silver Combination Sovereign & Stamp Case 1898

Description

This is an excellent antique Victorian hallmarked sterling silver combination sovereign case & stamp holder with space for a full sovereign, a half sovereign and a stamp

It measures just over 2" (5.5 cms) x 2 1/4" (6 cms), weighs 47 grams and is in excellent condition.

It's hallmarked for Birmingham 1898 with the silversmiths mark for Cornelius Saunders & James Frank Shepherd.

Particularly nice being in the heart shape, this lovely caes will come in a gift box with a certificate of authenticity.
