Smart Antique Early 20th Century English Silver Plated Wine Bottle Holder / Syphon Stand / Tall Coaster ~ Decorative Twin Handles ~ By George Bowen & Sons, Birmingham

Condition: The silver plate is in very good order with no rubbing. A couple of very minor, very light, small scratches and one very minor shallow ding on one side. It has been cleaned and polished externally and is ready to use.
