Driscolls Antiques Ltd has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.
1910. It has five glazed sections, each having a glazed door that lifts and slides back using a brass handle. This superb Antique Oak bookcase stands on a moulded plinth and each section splits for easy removal. The Oak is a warm shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of furniture wax finishing.
