Very rare Silver Gilt heart shaped Brooch with Emeralds, Rubies and White Milgrain Mounted Gemstones. 1960s. By Astri Hilde Holthe, Norway. It has a later inscription of Julen 1999 - possible for a Christmas present.
This unusual heart measures 3.5cm x 3.3cm. Weight 17.2g. Excellent condition.
